The FXU series engineering plastic swirl pump is carefully designed by our company based on the combination of domestic corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant pumps. The main structural feature of this pump is that the impeller retreats into the pump chamber behind the pressure chamber, thus having the following characteristics:

1. Simple structure, easy to manufacture, and smooth operation;

2. There is no clearance between the impeller and the pump body, and there is no problem of wear causing an increase in clearance and a decrease in performance;

3. Due to the fact that most solid particles do not pass through the impeller, the non clogging performance is good, and the wear of the impeller is correspondingly reduced;

4. Most of the transported material flows out under the swirling motion of the bladeless cavity, resulting in poor non-destructive properties;

5. It can transport liquids containing gases.

The overcurrent components of this series of pumps are made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), which has excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance (among various plastics), and strong impact resistance. The sealing of the pump adopts various sealing forms such as mechanical seal and power seal, which can not only transport acid and alkali clear liquid, but also transport slurry containing solid particles and sewage containing various impurities.

This pump is suitable for temperatures ranging from -50 ℃ to 100 ℃. After replacing the impeller and pump body with other engineering plastics (polyvinylidene fluoride PVDF, perfluoroalkoxy, chlorinated polyether), the applicable temperature can reach 120 ℃.

The FXU series pump is a horizontal, single-stage, single suction, bracket type swirl pump.

Sealing structure description

The shaft seals of this pump come in various forms, including C3 patented mechanical seals, K and K1 power seals, and T and T1 packing seals. The pump rotates in the direction indicated by the arrow on the label.

Especially suitable for transporting large particulate matter and liquids containing gases. Can replace domestic similar metal and non-metal products in the above industries.

The pump can be selected according to explosion-proof and non explosion-proof areas, and explosion-proof motors are required for use in explosion-proof areas.
